Willie Mays Vintage Baseball Bats
Willie Mays played for the New York / San Francisco Giants and ended his career as New York Met. Mays began his baseball career in 1947 where he played in the Negro Leagues. In 1950 he began playing for the Giants. In 1951 Mays won the rookie of the year award despite the fact that his stats would end up being the lowest of his career. He won the NL MVP award in 1954 after returning from military service.
In 1957 he won his first Gold Glove. He would go on to win 12 consecutive Gold Gloves. In 1965 he won another MVP ward. He was voted into the hall of fame in 1979.
