1950's Baseball Bats

1950s Baseball Bats

In 1951 a baseball bat helped make baseball history. Bobby Thomson hit a ninth inning three run homer beating the Brooklyn Dodgers to win the Pennant. This famous feat was referred to as 'The shot hear round the world'. This amazing accomplishment inspired countless sports fans to grab their own bats in the 1950's and take to the field.

Today baseball enthusiasts are giving collecting their best shot. Antique 1950's bats are a popular item with collectors. Because of the popularity of the sport, many 1950's baseball bats available for sale can be found in mint or excellent condition.
